Turn-Key Forging & Design has the most modern and versatile equipment in the closed-die forging process.  The diversity in our equipment type and size allows us to forge parts of various sizes and complexities.  Our in-line bar shear and induction heating capacities allow bar sizes from 9/16” to 2 ¾” diameters and our highly automated hammers and impacters provide fast output cycles, capable of forging parts weighing up to 40 lbs.  Our forging technologies coupled with sound engineering practices provide our customers with the highest quality forgings in the industry.

Our capabilities extend beyond just forging parts.  We are capable of providing you with desired material properties, achieved by annealing forged parts in our annealing furnaces. These furnaces allow for precise control of the annealing process and therefore ensure consistent final properties of the part.  Additionally, we can remove excess scale to provide a cleaner, finished forging using our blast cleaning equipment. Secondary operations such as bending, piercing, and hot coining can also be utilized before annealing or blast cleaning to produce more complex or precision geometry.

Quality parts are a result of quality tooling. Turn-Key Forging & Design engineers manage tooling projects from design through machining to ensure dimensional accuracy.
